| 1. | Q: | Builder's Risk Insurance Can the Town please confirm that the builder’s risk insurance premium is to be included in the base bid pricing along with all other required insurance coverages, as discussed at the pre-bid meeting? |
| A: | Yes. | |
| 2. | Q: | Permit and Impact Fee Allowance Can the Town confirm that the bid should include an allowance for permit and impact fees, as mentioned during the meeting? We understand the Building Official will provide an estimated amount—please confirm when that information will be made available. |
| A: | Yes. The information will be posted as soon as possible. | |
| 3. | Q: | Landscape and Irrigation Scope Please confirm whether all landscape and irrigation work will be provided by the City, including any sod replacement required as a result of site disturbance caused by construction activities. |
| A: | Yes, the Town will provide all sod replacement. However, the disturbed ground should be returned to a graded level. | |
| 4. | Q: | Relocation of Recycling Dumpster Pad & Enclosure Can the Town confirm whether the bid should include the relocation of the existing recycling dumpster pad and enclosure? This item was discussed at the pre-bid meeting but does not appear on the construction drawings. If this scope is to be included, could the Town provide additional details or sketches to define the relocation requirements? |

| 5. | Q: | Geotechnical Report Is a geotechnical (soils) report available for this site? If so, could it please be provided to assist in our foundation design and cost estimating? |

| 6. | Q: | Temporary Construction Fencing Please confirm that the base bid should include a temporary construction fence for securing the job site throughout the duration of the construction phase. |

| 7. | Q: | Electrical Panel Identification Can the Town provide the make and model of the existing electrical panel shown to be feeding Panel "S" on the construction drawings? If possible, we would appreciate a photograph of the panel so we can forward it to our electrical subcontractor for coordination and verification of compatibility. |

| 8. | Q: | Overhead Door Type Can the Town confirm the overhead door specification? Detail B1/A500 indicates a motorized overhead door, but the electrical plans do not indicate power to the door. May we instead assume a manual chain hoist door is acceptable? Additionally, can you confirm that the overhead doors may be non-insulated? |

| 9. | Q: | Basis of Design / Product Substitutions Please confirm that the products listed in the Product Approval Table on Sheet A000 are intended as basis-of-design only, and that contractors may quote equivalent products that meet Florida Product Approval, with the exception of the Greenheck exhaust fans which we understand are a required product. |

| 12. | Q: | I didn’t see any landscape or irrigation drawings in the site construction plans. Is there no landscaping work in this contract? |
| A: | There is no landscaping included in the scope of work. | |
| 13. | Q: | Is this a Davis Bacon job? |
| A: | No, there are no federal funds being used to pay for this project. | |
| 14. | Q: | Is the City furnishing any items in the plans that the GC should be made aware of? |
| A: | The Town is not furnishing any parts of the building/job we are looking for 100% completion from the contractor, site plan review and fees will be waived, building permit and fees will be required. | |
| 15. | Q: | On grading plans (C05.0) there is an area of asphalt at the east side of the building that will need to be paved back after the new sanitary line is install. There does not seem to be any proposed elevations for this area. Please advise on new EOP elevations for this area. Our concern is that just matching existing grades could create drainage issues into the building so we would like to understand how that can be avoided. |
