ISPOACheck Your Vote by Mail Ballot Request Status
Pursuant to Florida Statutes §101.62(a), the maximum amount of time your ballot request can be honored is "for all elections through the end of the calendar year of the next regularly scheduled general election." Florida law now requires all mail ballot requests to expire on December 31 of even-numbered years.
Please note that mail ballot requests for those who renewed after October 24, 2024, are valid through 2026.
If you prefer to vote-by-mail, you must renew your request. Below are some tips to ensure your eligibility to vote-by-mail for the upcoming 2026 elections.
- Renew your mail ballot request in one of the following ways:
- Complete the Mail Ballot Request form online;
- Call the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Office at (727) 464-VOTE (8683);
- Send an email to MailBallot@VotePinellas.gov with the completed Statewide Vote-by-Mail Request Form (DS-DE 160) English (pdf) or Español (pdf) attached; or
- Mail or drop off your completed DS-DE 160 form to one of the three Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections offices.
