NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL ELECTION
TUESDAY, MARCH 10, 2026

ATTENTION QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE TOWN OF INDIAN SHORES, FLORIDA. In accordance with provisions of the State of Florida Election code, Public Notice is hereby given and published that a Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2025, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M., at 19305 Gulf Boulevard, 4^th Floor Community Center, Indian Shores, Florida. All residents of the Town of Indian Shores, Florida, who have registered with the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections by the voter registration deadline of February 9, 2026, and are recorded on the voter registration books, shall be qualified electors in this election to vote for up to two Council Members, each for a three-year term.

ATENCIÓN ELECTORES CALIFICADOS DEL PUEBLO DE INDIAN SHORES, FLORIDA. De acuerdo con las disposiciones del Código Electoral del Estado de Florida, por medio del presente se da Aviso Público y se publica que se celebrará una Elección Municipal el martes, 10 de marzo de 2025, entre las 7:00 A.M. y las 7:00 P.M. en 19305 Gulf Boulevard, 4.^o piso del Centro Comunitario de Indian Shores, Florida. Todos los residentes del Pueblo de Indian Shores, Florida, que se hayan registrado con el Supervisor Electoral del Condado de Pinellas antes de la fecha límite para registro de votantes del 9 de febrero de 2026, y que estén registrados en los libros de inscripción de votantes, serán electores calificados en esta elección para votar por hasta dos Miembros del Consejo, cada uno para un mandato de tres años.

To help citizens make an informed decision on who they will potentially vote for in the March 10, 2026, Indian Shores Municipal Election, a Meet the Candidates Forum is scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026, beginning with a Meet and Greet at 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., followed by a Candidate Forum session conducted and moderated by the League of Women Voters of the St. Petersburg Area from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. This event is open to the public and will take place in the 4th Floor Community Center of Town Hall, located at 19305 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores, FL.

Citizens may write their questions to the candidates on index cards provided at the event and give them to the Town Clerk or LWV members prior to the start of the 6:00 p.m. forum. Questions will be read aloud and the candidates will be provided time for replies. Alternatively, citizens may submit their questions by emailing them to flozano@myindianshores.com with "Candidate Question" in the subject line. Written questions may also be dropped off at the front desk located on the 3rd Floor of the Town Hall no later than 3:00 P.M. on February 2, 2026. Questions received in advance of the event will be submitted to the LWV.
