[ARCHIVED] Indian Shores Declares a State of Local Emergency for Storm IAN

On Friday, September 23, 2022, the Governor of the State of Florida executed Executive Order 22-218, declaring a State of Emergency for the State due to storm “IAN”.

The Pinellas County Commission met on Saturday, September 24, 2022, to pass Resolution 22-90, declaring a State of Emergency for the County.

The Indian Shores Town Council and Police Chief met on Sunday, September 25, 2022, and declared a Local State of Emergency for the Town of Indian Shores by Resolution 13-2022 (pdf).
