In order to help residents make informed decisions, an informational session will be held in the 4th floor Community Room of Town Hall on Thursday, February 27th between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Representatives from the Pinellas County Beach Renourishment Team will be available to answer questions and assist with the waiver process. You will also have the opportunity to sign waivers at this event and a notary will be present.
We encourage all residents to take advantage of this opportunity to speak with county representatives and ensure the future of our shoreline. If you've already signed your easement, you may email it directly to SignforSand@pinellas.gov or call (727) 464-7799 with any questions.
If you would like to check to see if your property (COA/HOA) has signed the easement, including which type and progress, please visit Beach Nourishment Easement Aquisition or click on the example below. On the right side of the webpage, you will find a drop-down menu in order to search a specific address/location (see arrow on example below).
***Please Note: Residents of Redington Shores and Indian Rocks Beach are also welcome to drop off their easement or sign one at the information session.
