On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Pay-to-Park will be in effect at the following Indian Shores locations/properties:

• 186^th Ave W.  (4 spaces)
• East Park at 186^th Ave.  (5 spaces)
• 199^th Ave. E. (4 spaces)
• 199^th Ave. W. (1 space)
• 2^nd St. near Community Gardens (9 spaces) 

1. RESIDENTS may use their Emergency Access Permit hangtag to park in any of the town-owned lots or parking spaces. 
2. RESIDENTS may park overnight in designated spots only. Emergency Access Permit hangtag must be displayed. There are 2 designated spots at the Nature Park, 6 designated spots at the Municipal center and 15 designated spots at McEwen Park.  
3. RESIDENTS who do not currently have an Emergency Access Permit hangtag, they are available on the 2^nd floor of the municipal building in the Police Department during business hours only.

As of August 18, 2025, all parking citations issued within the Town of Indian Shores must be paid or contested through the Pinellas County Clerk of the Court.  For more information visit, Contest a Parking Citation | Indian Shores, FL.
