On Wednesday, October 1, 2025, Pay-to-Park will be in effect at the following Indian Shores locations/properties:
- 186th Ave W. (4 spaces)
- East Park at 186th Ave. (5 spaces)
- 199th Ave. E. (4 spaces)
- 199th Ave. W. (1 space)
- 2nd St. near Community Gardens (9 spaces)
- RESIDENTS may use their Emergency Access Permit hangtag to park in any of the town-owned lots or parking spaces.
- RESIDENTS may park overnight in designated spots only. Emergency Access Permit hangtag must be displayed. There are 2 designated spots at the Nature Park, 6 designated spots at the Municipal center and 15 designated spots at McEwen Park.
- RESIDENTS who do not currently have an Emergency Access Permit hangtag, they are available on the 2nd floor of the municipal building in the Police Department during business hours only.
