Effective immediately the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) is suspending on premise consumption of alcohol in bars and nightclubs statewide.
Those businesses that serve over 50% in food can continue to provide service at tables following CDC guidelines.
This is due to a one-day record spike in COVID-19 cases in Florida.
