Tropical Storm Elsa's storm surge is expected between 10 pm – 11 pm tonight.

You can view the new online map for forecasting storm surge risk in Pinellas County https://storm.pinellascounty.org/. It uses recent National Hurricane Center data on TS Elsa to give a clear picture of location and depth of storm surge.
