Don't forget to mark your calendars for this Wednesday's Hurricane Awareness Party. This is an open invitation for all to attend this very educational and informational event. Bay News 9's own Meteorologist Brian McClure will be speaking on the upcoming storm season. Also speaking will be the Town's Building Official Brian Rusu and Police Major Glen Smith. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about storm activities and key things to know about preparing for a major storm event. There is a free raffle for awesome prizes as well as delicious sandwiches, cookies, and beverages graciously sponsored by the Indian Shores Property Owners Association (ISPOA).
