Get ready for the blood drive by making sure you are prepared to donate! How do you prepare?
· Make sure that you drink plenty of water.
· Eat well-balanced iron rich meals (especially the morning before donating),
· Bring and ID with you on to the bus!
· Make sure you limit your caffeine intake the morning before drive.
