Councilor Menchise brings over four decades of experience in real estate and public service to the Town of Indian Shores. He retired after a 42-year career with the United States Postal Service, where he served as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and later as a Contracting Officer with authority up to $3 million. His responsibilities spanned the New York tri-state area, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he managed leasing, site acquisition, appraisals, environmental reviews, and contract negotiations. His extensive experience working with attorneys, government officials, engineers, and contractors uniquely equips him to be a strong advocate for fiscal responsibility and sound development practices in Indian Shores.

Originally from New York, Councilor Menchise and his wife Lorraine became full-time residents of Indian Shores over three years ago after owning a Vista Bay unit for more than 16 years. Deeply committed to his community, he has served on the Vista Bay Condominium Board since 2015 and has been its President for over three years. In that role, he has helped maintain and improve a multimillion-dollar, 40-year-old property and promoting quality of life among residents. Councilor Menchise takes pride in his contributions to Vista Bay and hopes to bring the same dedication and leadership to the Indian Shores community.
